Golf Fit : Personalised Exercise Programme

This service looks at specific goals that you wish to achieve and provides a personalised programme to improve all aspects of your golf fitness.  This can include warm ups, mobility exercises, strength and cardio training, improving endurance, mindfulness and nutrition.  

​

This package is tailored to your individual needs and online support is included.  The option of weekly, fortnightly or monthly 1:1 sessions, either in person or remotely are available.  

​

Group sessions of up to 4 people are also available for £5 extra pp.
